      just like to say what a pleasure it was doing business with Tlc car sales. Six months ago I bought a car from them and the service was first class , friendly, and in no way any pressure sales talk.  However this was not the end of the story. A few weeks ago I accidentally did an online bank transfer of £2000 to their account by selecting the wrong bank account to send it to. As soon as I realised this I contacted Tom and his staff at TLC and explained my mistake to them. Within 4 hours they had found the mistake and transferred the full amount back to my account. My bank told me I would be lucky to get it back, so just like to say again Thanks to Tom and all his staff. Cheers. Keith Earle.

We came to look at a car last week and were greeted by Tom. We made an appointment to make sure the car was still for sale and ready for us to view. All the cars were clean and ready to drive away which was just what we wanted to do as we had traveled over an hour to see it.

It was a pleasure to deal with TLC, we love our new car and will hopefully be back for a replacement family car next year. 

Thank you Tom for you no pressure selling and great knowledge.

We were delighted to find our little Ford KA for our daughter here. We had looked at 4 other vehicles that weekend and we were starting to think we wouldn’t find the perfect for her, that was until we came to TLC ! Thank god we didn’t give up. 

Sara the sales woman showed us around the KA. The car was clean, had just been serviced and a brand new MOT. We knew straight away it was the right car for us.

Just a note..... Tom is a great genuine guy and very helpful. We got our Honda CRV from him and it’s a great clean car and not a mark on it. It’s not often you can find a nice little place to buy a car from. Well done Tom.
